An Integrative Approach to Your Health

New Patient Consultation

Begin your journey to optimal health by booking an initial appt for $175

This initial visit includes a 45-minute personalized consultation with our nurse practitioner. During this appointment you will likely receive recommendations for advanced testing along with a personalized treatment plan to guide you back to feeling your best.

Step 1

Telehealth Visit: Initial Intake Visit

Our initial visit is all about YOU! Kimberly will listen to your health history, concerns, review past testing, and learn about your health goals. At the end of this visit we hope you feel:

1)     Validated, heard, and understood
2)     Hopeful that you have found the right place for your care
3)     Confident that your healthcare provider cares about YOU
4)     Encouraged about your future health

Step 2

Lab Testing*

During your initial visit you will likely be recommended to have blood tests. There may be other recommendations such as stool testing, nutrient evaluations, or food allergy testing.

*Lab costs are NOT included in the price of the New Patient Initial Visit. Many of the lab tests we include may not be covered by insurance for preventive care. We provide patients with negotiated self-pay rates if needed. We do our best to ensure insurance covers as much as possible.

Step 3

Telehealth Visit: Care Plan

Your second and all other follow up telehealth visits cost $75. During your second telehealth visit, Kimberly will review your test results with you. She will educate you on what they mean, what ranges are optimal, and what our plan of care will be to resolve any concerns. You will leave with a detailed personalized plan. Kimberly’s goal at the end of the visit is to ensure you:

1)     Identify the root causes of your symptoms
2)     Understand the results of your tests in relation to your overall health
3)     Familiarize yourself with additional testing options
4)     Distinguish which supplements are best for your health
5)     Obtain prescriptions if necessary
6)     Feel encouraged by your treatment options and lifestyle modifications
